Terms Borrowed From Cosmology to Describe the Singularity
Singularity, the center of a black hole, where nothing, not even electromagnetic waves, escapes as its mass approaches infinity and time stops. It is theoretically impossible to escape from it nor see beyond it.
The Event Horizon is a distance from the singularity that defines the point of no return. It exists in four dimensions, the fourth being time, because a black hole’s gravitational pull warps space-time and defined by Special (or General, I will figure out later) Relativity.
